Ages 6 – 10                                         Ages 11 – 15
Swim: 50 Yards                                    Swim:  100 Yard

Bike: 3 miles                                         Bike: 6 miles

Run/Walk:  1 mile                               Run/Walk 2 mile

The Tri-Warriors Youth Triathlon is extremely fun, extremely safe, but a little challenging. Although a young child might have the energy to complete this race without any training, we recommend that your child prepares for this race. At a minimum your child must be able to swim, ride a bike and run or walk without assistance from another person. Kids are permitted to use swimming aids in the pool and they can have training wheels on their bikes. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
