Rock n’ Run 5K

Whether you’re running it or you’re just looking for some entertainment, the Rock n’ Run 5k satisfies all. Whiskey Pines will be staged near the start line and there will be music played throughout the course providing pump up tunes and the race culminates with a beer and concert at the finish line.

If fitness isn’t your forte, come out for the festivities. Cheer on the runners, listen to some tunes, and get inspired to sign up next year.

This event is family friendly with activities for children, live music, and food trucks. Bring the whole family out to have fun and support sexual assault awareness!

The 5k starts out the Southern Pines Brewing Company, leading up through the trails at the National Athletic Village, and ending back at the SPBC.

Children 12 & under are welcome to participate in the race at no cost! If they would like to receive a t-shirt, be timed, and be eligible for an award please register them under the “Ages: 12 & Under” option!
